Çağatay Onur Elmacı

His international design and drafting studio was established in Christchurch, the business hub of the South Island of New Zealand, where ELMCO has its roots. He has been gradually progressing toward becoming a right-handed general manager since 2018. He will carry on influencing ELMCO's strategy in his role as manager of design and delivery.

Cagatay grew up in Ankara, Turkey's capital, which is known for being the birthplace of modern architecture in the 1920s. His love of architecture is what sparked his interest in international design at a young age, but his strength in both creating sustainable workflow systems and successful collaboration with other participants solidified his transition from an architectural designer to a business leader.

Cagatay says his success has come from following his instincts and that he thoroughly enjoys what he does.

ELMCO DESIGN UK was set up in 2018 in Christchurch, New Zealand, to provide architectural design and drafting services to Kiwi builders and developers. It relocated to London in early 2021 and became ELMCO DESIGN UK Ltd. We now provide our services to Brits and Kiwis. Sooner, we can offer our services to Australians and Canadians.

We provide a wide range of interdisciplinary services, such as project management, drafting services, planning applications, and 3D design.

We are a multidisciplinary team with many professionals and permanent staff who provide the optimal solution by focusing on innovative approaches and having the potential.

Having continuously invested in both hardware and software, we use the market-leading design softwares Revit, Dynamo, Adobe and Vray. Our highly trained design team uses this software to its full potential to provide a more real-life image.

Charlie is passionate about developing others' talents and is aware of the ways in which various groups with various viewpoints can successfully work together. He fostered the distinctive skills and passions of staff members at all levels while transforming the work environment into a buzzing hub of creativity while serving as managing director of our London studio.
