Our client wanted to create a contemporary furniture centre with a strong commercial identity, generous showroom spaces and clear circulation throughout the development.
The brief focused on creating flexible retail units with high visibility, easy vehicle access and a consistent architectural language across the site.
We organised the furniture centre around flexible showroom units with clear circulation, convenient vehicle access and strong visibility from the main internal streets. The layout allows each commercial unit to operate independently while remaining part of a coherent development.
Large glazed shopfronts, generous entrances and a consistent façade treatment create an attractive retail environment, while the combination of metal, timber-effect elements and illuminated signage gives the centre a distinctive contemporary identity.
To maximise the commercial potential of the site, we created flexible showroom units with generous internal spaces, prominent entrances and large glazed frontages to improve visibility for each business. The development was carefully organised to provide efficient vehicle circulation, convenient parking and a clear identity for every unit.
Through a consistent architectural language and carefully selected materials, we created a contemporary furniture centre that supports both the commercial requirements of our client and an attractive experience for visitors.
