Our client wanted to create a contemporary commercial and lifestyle destination with a strong identity, combining restaurants, cafés and retail spaces within one cohesive development.
The brief focused on creating attractive public areas, clear circulation and highly visible commercial units that would encourage visitors to spend more time within the centre.
To create a strong identity for the commercial complex, we introduced a dynamic façade composition with curved forms, framed entrances and continuous architectural detailing that helps distinguish the development from a conventional retail scheme.
The internal layout was organised to provide flexible commercial units, clear pedestrian movement and strong visual connections between the different levels. Large glazed frontages, terraces and prominent entrances improve visibility for individual businesses, while integrated lighting and landscaping create a lively environment throughout the day and evening.
The complex was carefully organised to create a clear hierarchy between the different commercial units, while maintaining a consistent architectural identity across the development.
Generous glazed frontages, terraces and prominent entrances were used to improve visibility and strengthen the relationship between the businesses and public areas. The combination of contemporary materials, integrated lighting and landscaped spaces created a lively, welcoming environment designed to support both daytime and evening activity.
