Our clients wanted to create a contemporary residential development that maximised the potential of each plot while providing generous, practical family homes. The key requirement was to achieve spacious internal layouts, private gardens and a strong sense of privacy, while maintaining a consistent architectural language across the entire development.
The residences were carefully arranged to maximise usable internal space while maintaining generous private gardens and a strong sense of privacy between neighbouring homes.
Open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas were positioned to create a natural connection with the garden, while large areas of glazing brought more daylight into the interiors. Practical family spaces, covered parking and private outdoor areas were integrated into each home, creating a consistent and contemporary residential development
